The official methods of communication are this website, the US Postal Service, and the HOA mailing list. Just note that we will not post information such as the budget on here. We will email those to homeowners upon request. The HOA email list can be joined by clicking this link: eepurl.com/bxwq01.
Trash is collected by the city on Wednesday mornings (except on holidays).
Bulk items used to be once a month, but they are now on-demand. You need to request a pick up from the city via ATL311.com and we are limited to one pickup a month. Therefore, many homeowners usually post pickups on Facebook, so we can all piggy back
We have stopped making the budget available to the public via the website, but as a homeowner you have access to the budget at any time by request via the main HOA email. Additionally, as a homeowner, you will be asked to vote to approve the incoming year's budget during the elections held in December.
The security patrol is comprised of off-duty officers of the Atlanta Police Department, and patrol in their uniform. As of Sept 2021, they are working the maximum amount of hours they can which is currently 4 hours per day. The actual hours vary per officer each day, but they are usually patrolling between 10PM and 6AM. You can find more information on the Security page
Our annual homeowner dues need to be sent in before March 31st. All HOA dues information can be found here
Contact either of these companies, and they’ll tell you what you need to refurbish/repair/replace your mailbox. Let them know you live in Adams Crossing and they can pull up our mailbox style information.
