Adams Crossing HOA Dues

Home Owner's Association Dues are payable annually by March 31st.

Notices will be posted on the Facebook page, sent via email, and dropped in your mailbox.

2026 Dues are currently $675/year. 

Late fee:  All dues paid AFTER March 31st: $742.50 ($675 + $67.50 late fee).   

Annual dues can be paid by one of 3 ways:

1. Zelle (preferred method)

Send payment to adamscrossinghoa@gmail.com and include your property address in the comments box.  Again, please include your property address to make it easy to register your payment.

2. US Mail 

Mail a physical check via USPS to:

3. PayPal

Use this PayPal link.  Please note that a PayPal service fee of 2.95% will be added.   

If you are selling your home and require a closing letter, you can direct the closing attorney's office to email the board a written request to adamscrossinghoa@gmail.com.

Adams Crossing HOA is managed by non-compensated, volunteer residents and does not employ a management company.

HOA meetings are held monthly (except in the summer) on the last Monday of the month.
